I understand that submitting a deposit does not guarantee a specific day or time slot as we process deposits and appointments by a first come, first served basis. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
I understand any changes to my tattoo may change the pricing of agreed price. I understand my artist has the right to reschedule my appointment at any time for any reason. I understand it is my responsibility to be in communication with my artist if I need to reschedule. I understand I am only allowed to reschedule one time within 6 months of original appointment date before my deposit is void.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
By submitting a deposit to Lucky Rabbit, I agree to the terms and conditions of this cancellation policy. If I need to cancel a Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri or Sat appointment I must do so at least 48 hours in advance, or I forfeit my deposit.
Mon appointments must be cancelled by Noon the Sat before, or I forfeit my deposit. If I am more than 15 minutes late for my appointment, I forfeit my deposit and may lose my appointment time.
Artwork Only Deposit
I understand that this deposit applies to fine art only and is not related to a tattoo deposit. I understand that once artwork is started by Lucky Rabbit the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. I understand that if this deposit is not used for this tattoo within 1 year of the deposit date I forfeit my deposit as payment to the artist for services rendered.
